RepRepo is in early alpha

A quick tour of what RepRepo does today — fast set logging, plans and programs, automatic PRs, and a training heatmap — plus what "early alpha" means if you're using it.

RepRepo is a workout tracker with one goal: log your training fast, then get out of your way. The name is short for a repository of repsRep, Rest, Exercises, Plan, Objectives. No clutter, no subscription upsells, just your numbers.

It’s early alpha right now: access is invite-only, it’s web-first (iOS comes later), and things move quickly and may occasionally break. Here’s a quick tour of what’s already here.

What you can do today

  • Log sets fast. Type-to-search across the exercise library, enter weight and reps, done — built for logging between sets on a phone, with an optional warm-up flag and RPE.
  • Follow or build plans. Start from built-in plans like PPL and 5×5, or build your own in the drag-and-drop plan builder — then schedule them across a week as a program.
  • Automatic PRs. Personal records are detected the moment you save a set, with a record book, milestones, and a trophy case to show for it.
  • See your progress. A GitHub-style training heatmap and streak, a per-exercise estimated-1RM chart, and a punch card of when you actually train.
  • Gym-floor tools. A rest timer, plate calculator, 1RM and progressive-overload calculators, and an aches-and-injuries tracker.
  • Make it yours. Light and dark themes with a handful of accent presets.

Your data stays yours — no ads, and a one-click JSON export whenever you want it.

What “early alpha” means

  • Invite-only for now, while the rough edges get sanded down.
  • Expect the occasional bug and the odd thing that moves or changes as the app settles.
  • What ships next is shaped by real training use, not a roadmap in a vacuum.

Where to go next

  • The features overview walks through everything above in more detail.
  • The wiki has help docs for getting started, logging, plans, PRs, and the gym-floor tools.

More updates will land here as they ship.
